Please don't resign yourself to anything; at least take him to small claims court. You should be able to file a complaint wherever the TiiCo stuff was delivered. If you have a copy of his webpage showing the fraud he has perpetrated, contact your state attorney and the FCC. Regardless, contact your state attorney for direction on what to do as a wronged consumer. Hopefully the others made to suffer in a like manner will jump in on this with you.

Now, we can all sit back and wait for someone to say what a nice guy Peter B. is, regardless of 4000 RPM mind-deadening vibrations, oil starved engines, broken alternator brackets and broken promises. To hell with niceness. Some of the biggest shysters I've met were nice. (My dear, widowed mother-in-law was sucked into a Ponzi scheme once. Even after the news of the scam hit the front page in two inch high letters, she continued to say what a nice boy the prick who ripped her off was) I'll take integrity and competence in a man over a sweet personality any day of the week, especially if I plan to send him money or view his masked face from an operating table.

George
