This is a thread I follow every time it comes up.  I just got a new
idea.  My tank does not have the internal threads on the fill fitting like
some do.  So where can I get a fitting that has the POL threads to replace
the one I have?  This will allow easy attachment to many easily found
hoses, adapters, etc.  And also add the benefit of being fillable at any
place that can fill a bbq tank...  I remember good Friday in SC with an
empty LP tank and nobody that was open could connect to a vanagon tank...
