The white reflective stripes alone at the hieight you have them is illegal in all 50.

If you had alternating red and white tape, this would be OK.

If you had the white alone up in the corners of the rear hatch, this would be OK.

If you had put red reflective tape alone where you have the white, this would have been OK too.

The white by itself is too high up onto the vehicle, which is a no-no.
