Hey, in Cannon Beach, Oregon, I saw a policeman on a bicycle stop a car for running a stop sign. Don't always need a Crowne Vic to do the job.

And my second traffic ticket ever was written out for me while I sat in the back of a green Polezei Vanagon in Germany.
