Subject: shop recommendation on Cape Cod
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" ; format="flowed"

during the summer my friend and I and her two dogs (toy fox terrier and miniature pincher, they don't take up too much space :-)) went up to Cape Cod for camping etc. On the last but one day we lost all the brakes on my Westy after a hard brake and brake fluid was running down the front. We had to stay over night at Nickerson State Park (great place :-)) and had it towed by AAA the next morning to a place I found in the phone book (advertisement said.. specializes in BMW, Mercedes, Volkswagen...) We went there and the owner Ken Richter greeted us. They went to work immediately to investigate the cause and it turned out to be a busted front brake line. He had all the tools and fixed us up right away.

The place is called: Bay State Auto Clinic 470 Underpass Rd Brewster, MA 02631 508-896-4411

We were very pleased with the service and friendliness and the quality of the work (I even got a postcard a few weeks later thanking me for my business). Highly recommended! -- Karl '81 Westy "Jenny" Wilmington, DE
