Just curious if Go Westy will ever have any problem for using "Westy" since its based upon "Westfalia" . In a time of such large amounts of copyright infringement it's almost comical that vw has made such an issue. Its funny that the letters "V" and "W" when used next to eachother, could be considered an infringement. I suppose the term "agon" could be considered an infringement because its not a word but is a uniquepart of the word "vanagon" so now vw "owns" that too. Is it the "uniqueness" of the word "volks" that it can only refer to volkswagen that gives vw the right to police its use? Example since "syncro" is actually a transmission part it would be okay? And "van" is ok but "agon" would not, because its unique to vanagon. Too bad vw is not keeping the eye on the ball and making the stuff that revolutionizes the auto industry instead of fretting over garbage like this.
