One easy test would be to apply battery power directly to the horn.  If nothing happens, the horn is dead and you don't have to dig into the wiring.

You should only hear the buzzer if the engine loses oil pressure when running above 2000 RPM.  If that's what you are hearing, you have either a bad oil pressure sensor or serious engine problems.


If it's buzzing at other times, you have a problem in the oil pressure warning circuit.
