why bother writing. BTDT they dont care. they do what they want to , regardless of public or loyal customer input. case in point: there was No retro microbus made and we get No T5.. But we get the Phaeton!!! woo hoo!! i mean...WTF? theres your answer right there.

plus their customer service sucks. employees dont know jack about the models (old OR new), and the lineup is boring. there there used to be a choice, there isnt anymore. no special editions or interiors. lack of driveline choices (the new B6 Passat doesnt even have a manual trans).. plus the new jetta looks like a damn TOYOTA COROLLA. unimaginative. boring. standardized.

i will never buy a new car from this f'ed up company. they wont get a dime of my money.. i will always buy used so i dont have to patronize the dealership at all.
