I hope we don't have a whole week of "Poor Volks Cafe". The deed is done and if the vendor supplies decent parts at a decent price they'll survive. I'm sorry to hear that they lost their case mostly because of the price of new printed invoices and other business items required. I've never been to an independent VW parts source that didn't have VW plastered all over the place and Empi makes parts with VW embossed or engraved on them. Heck they sell valve covers with VW cast right into them and mud flaps with VW on them. In cases like this it's often just a matter of who has the most, best or lawers that are the best at getting things documented.
