Yes, it is trademarked. I looked at the federal trademark site awhile back and boy do they have a lot of garbarge, much of it just "remotely" regarding what they have locked up. One of the reasons I had to quit using Old Volks Home as a company name, but I was allowed to use it as a product line within Sherwood Automotive back in 1987 onwards.
