Clean the top of the battery. Clean the terminals. Check the ground at the battery and at the transmission mount. Batteries often fail because they're cheap to begin with. Believe me a 5 year Champion brand battery is the same as a three year battery. I've replaced five within the free 24 month replacement period and some were 60 month and some were 36 month. Upgrading didn't help. Might be the same with that brand you bought.
