How many companies, in the US and Europe, use the word Volks. Can German-speaking people legitimately use the word now, or will it be retired from the language?

Is this a move by VW or VoA?

If it's from VW, then the Germans can shut up about America be a litigious society. If it's from VoA, it's just more of the same crap we

Amercians have to put up with because we have judges that are too stupid to understand our own copyright laws.
