don't work that way.... in birmingham, alabama, there's a fellow named Charles Saab who runs a tire store. he got a letter from a lawyer telling him to cease and desist using Saab in the name of his store cause the car company didn't like it. really nasty letter.

he just mailed a copy of his birth certificate back to the lawyer.

never heard another word. :)
