As the grand finale to our short vacation, we stopped in Ashfork, AZ ("Flagstone capital of the world, the sign said)('bout 150 miles north of Phx) and picked up all the flagstone we dared to load into the Westy. Guy estimated by size, and said if we didn't have too many air pockets, we had about 1700 pounds. Van rode great - like a limo! BTW, I have not yet read any of the responses, but I would imagine you could carry about 3000#, if not driving too far on fairly smooth road (and if you're a bit nuts, but your presence on this list already confirms that). ;-) Looking at your photo, I'd say right around 2128 pounds.
