Ric, Sound like a fried head light switch, had something similar this after my wire burn-up. I'll see if I have a spare to do a quick plug & pray check. Time to relay those head lights as well to save the new switch! I'm going to that this winter - I've been through the headlight switch wire melt down before. You can check the circuit on the swithc itself with a meter I bought the relays already and it's real cheap to do, maybe we can have a relay instaling party some time, but Frank Condelli's kit looks like a well thought-out quick plug & play way.
