John, all three of these were put into separate files - PDF format a
while back. But the files of necessity are huge. Required that to get
all the info into one file. Someone put them up on a website for
down;load, but they didn't stay there very long. Maybe someone will again.

Keep trying. If you can't get them, let me know. I'll see what I can do.
