Does any one have experience with the Michelin LTX/MS 215RR15 100/97R C
light truck tire?  This has a 50 psi limit, a 1765 lb maximum load
rating and a 106 mph limit.  The Michelin LTX/MS 215/75SR15 100S SL tire
has a 35 psi maximum inflation rating, a 1742 pl maximum load rating, a
112 mph limit and weighs one pound less than the light truck tire.
Otherwise they have pretty much identical specs except for a $7 price
difference.


I was wondering if the C rated tire was stiffer than the SL tire?  A
little stiffer might be good but too much might make a harsh riding
tire.  What about stability?  Does anyone have any first hand experience
with these?
