Yes.  Syncro 16s came with 16 inch wheels standard.  check with Derek Drew, I think he has some
write up on "the perfect 16" wheel".  I just tried Derek's web page and it didn't anwser, you may
have to googe him or search the archives, or try the Syncro Yahoo group.  M
