Hello, one thing you should know. When an engine like this starts up, it is "out of loop". That is the computer is disconnected from the sensors. So a bad temp sensor 2 is not the problem.Same with the o2 sensor. After warm up ,if the engine is turned off,and then restarted the computer reconnects, after 2 minutes, and it is a whole new ball game. Now it is closed loop. What you need to look for is old fashion solutions.Pre computer control solutions.Leaky hoses, out of adj timing, ect.Stuff your grandfather understood. The good news is aint that nice"? With 215K, could be anything(not so good news). Did it come on rather suddenly? Pinch the fuel return hose with vice grips(use a rag in the teeth). If the regulater is bleeding off the fuel presure , this will override this. With little pressure, the injectors wont have much to inject.Check the rubber air duct that goes between the afm and the throttle for big cracks at the curves. If you were getting a miss on one or more cyl, the secondary ignition is suspect(dist cap to the plugs). If it is a complete shut down, the primary ignition( from the coil wire back to the ignition switch). is suspect. You tell me what hyu think it is. Timing must be way off to be the problem.Does your fuel pump turn on briefly when you turn the key(relay in the engine compartment where it says DANGER)?How bout the ignition switch itself? Wiggle that key.Let us know if thisvan is for sale.
