Sharon, That's right, I will try and cut costs anywhere possible and this time meant doing the install I. All the guys over at G0-Westy probably know me by name from all the questions I had, but they were good about it. They even called me back after answering my question, because they had an additional concern for me to watch for. As for the cost of GO-Westy's labor, I never asked. My Hp jumps from 82 to 105 and torque from 105 to 130. I have more to say about how the installation went from the time I wrote last to now. I will try to get to it soon, I have some confessions. Do I understand you correctly that you are installing it yourself? This is something we all have to face eventually with these cars if we continue to keep them! In our case, we would have to pay to have the engine installed. Out of curiosity, how much does Go Westy charge to do the whole thing - new engine and installation? Of all the places around the central coast, I don't think we'd go anywhere else. There's no one else here that we really trust!! We've been fortunate so far that we haven't needed "major" repairs, but you know it's down the line somewhere. Good luck to you!! Does the slightly bigger engine mean more power?
