Tom, This is just my opinion. Syncro Dokas legally imported with a Registered Importer in good condition (no rust perforations, paint in decent shape, runnign condition with no visible leaks) should fetch somewhere in the $12,000-$15,000 range. Special models like Tristars, Syncro 16's, Firetrucks and Jadgwagens can go double that in similar condition. Similar trucks with questionable past (read import), can be found from $2500-$10,000 in running condition. Rusty ones will populate the lower range. Confirmed illegal imports are worth parts only. But that's not necessarily a bad thing. A Syncro Doka with good body parts and dual lockers can fetch just as much if not more than a category two Doka as I mention above. There are regional differences as well. East Coast buyers will generally pay more for rusted examples than West Coast buyers. So there's a wide range of possibilities. Be careful of illegally imported vehicles as I have heard of some seized by US Customs despite the fact that the vehicle was licensed for several years in one of the import friendly States. Happy hunting.
