Well ... you could try removing (or twisting the head off) the other one so you can remove the lower part of the housing. Then you'll have access to the shank of the one already broken. At that point I'd use a Craftsman "Bolt Out" on the now exposed shaft. Don't sell those handy tools short! They can do wonders. Don't forget to apply the other recommendations at this point ... including copious amounts of PB Blaster. Mike
