Do a resistance test of the temp II sensor from the ECU plug (see Bentley manual). What can be happening is that the wire going to the temp II can go bad and cause the computer to see high resistance (computer thinks the engine is still cold). Also be sure your engine grounds are clean and secure. You need a nice ground strap from the firewall (under your coil) to the driver's side head (under A/C compressor). One of the grounds on the head is for the temp II sensor and if it is bad again the computer will see high resistance after warm and flood the engine.

If this does not help then check the injectors as they could be leaking or have a bad spray pattern (peeing instead of misting) that could also cause this problem.
