Brian Gallagher,  President of the United Way receives a  $375,000

That doesn't surprise me. I've had firsthand experience with the Salvation Army during disaster recovery; other than the Mennonite's (who even brought their own food and drinking water so as not to take anything intended for the victims) the Salvation Army was the only group worth a damn. As a result, I NEVER pass up one of their collection pots. I would recommend the same to anyone who wants to see his contribution go to ease suffering in an undiluted manner.
