I found the best way to rebuild tabs, broken odd threaded corners is to use clear packing tape and build forms that you then fill with J-B Weld. The base plastic needs to be cleaned and scored with sandpaper so you get a good bond. The corners that hold the instruments can be pre drilled for the screws and surplus material on the flay mount areas can be ground down with a Dremel or hand filed to an acceptable size.
