I got mine from German Transaxle in Oregon <http://gtainc.biz/>. I only have about 700 miles on it, but it's great so far and their prices are actually quite reasonable. I couldn't find a used tranny for under $500, and they sold me a rebuilt for $560 + $200 core, with shipping to me included. -- John Bange '90 Vanagon "We'd tell a monkey how to peel a banana, if he said he was peeling one in a Vanagon."
