Matt,

There are a number of Vanagons (T3 Type 2s) on display at the Stiftung Auto Museum on Diesel Strasse in WOB. There's a tri-star double cab pickup, an "executive" model, as well as one of the last T3s to come off of the assembly line. When I was there this past June, there were a couple of the HO scale vanagons in the museum store (their selection changes from time to time).
