Nope, axles on the auto are different lengths on each side. You could remove the CVs from the left axle and put them on the right axle (and vice-versa), but if you're going to go to all THAT trouble you might as well just put NEW ones on. By the way what > size tool is required to remove the bolts at the flange, it looks like > torx but I don't seem to have the right size?
8mm 12-point tri-square. You'll end up with a somewhat single-purpose tool when you buy one, but it's a heck of a lot more reliable than those awful hex sockets. I replaced all CV bolts with tri-square after a hair-raising experience with two or three of the hex ones. Nothing like stripping out that socket on a bolt head INSIDE the rear swing arm...
