Thanks Everyone,
It was the pig tale on the side that worked had a loose connection in it
that I found by turning on the lights and playing with the wires.  The dead
so I was looking at the wrong fuse doh.  Thanks again for all your guys help
on this one.

Sounds like a ground wire problem now.  Check  all your grounds.
