honestly, removal of the middle seat from its stock mounting place is a 3 minute job max. if you want more speed in removal, leave out the 13mm bolts that hold the seat to the track (you dont need them, where is the seat going to go? slide sideways??), and just install 2 of the 4 slider door threshhold screws..
