It could make a nice paper weight,except that it will always be rolling
around. Imagine this-inside that cylinder is only a small electric motor.
Gas actually flows through and around this motor to cool it.All the gas
that it  will ever pump flows through this motor without exploding or
burning. Hacksaw it open and see for yourself. One of the wonders of the
modern world it is.
