Eastern Canadian cars rust much faster than those in western canada. They use a lot more road salt in the east, that probably has a lot to do with it. I don't know about Texas, but I suspect it's fairly dry. I live in western canada and it is customary to deduct 20 - 40% off the value of a used car if it is from the east. Gary Lee |
