Golf/Jetta Sedan 88-92 = 1HM 853 601, Color Code TE1 (Chrome Special they call it). Last price outa the dealer I noted was just under $20. The Black one (for those that are interested) is 323 853 601, Color Code 041, also just under $20. The Cabrio of the same year spread shows a different PN (3A0 853 600, Color Code EPG) (Chrome) @ $29.35. Betcha the two chrome styles are essentially the same piece. Wouldn't be the first time VW duplicated an item with different part numbers. -- Jim Thompson 84 Westfalia 2.1 "Ole Putt" 73 K Ghia Coupe "Denise" 72 411 Station Wagon "Pug" oldvolkshome@gmail.com http://www.oldvolkshome.com ********************************** On 11/16/05, JordanVw@aol.com <JordanVw@aol.com> wrote: > > In a message dated 11/16/05 8:21:55 AM Eastern Standard Time, > gronski@gmail.com writes: > > > > Is the larger emblem the one they use for the SA grille?
