Barb, Larry, Joy, et al..

I always like hearing more about the Full timer on-the-road adventures.

[ Barb - did you get your 12v lava lite yet?? ]

And probably like everyone else - I contemplate the idea of

Hitting the road for a year in the Westy.

You guys do a good job covering the places, people and events.

It is very easy to sit at my desk with my ever-more-boring job and

Look at the ultimate road trip as a great idea and nevermind-the-details....

I was wondering - at some future point.... If it would be possible

Through your collective experiences - to create some concise information

Packet on the Vanagon.com site about some of the logistical details

Of being a full timer...something like....

"So you wanna spend a year in the Westy?" kinda thing that contains

lot of the very unsexy details about life on the road..

.your original monthly budget ideas and the realities? [ aside from VW repairs...:O( ]

..health insurance?

..an average day on the road

..What do you do on a bad weather day

..Realities of Telecommuting from the Van?

Or perhaps smacking head-first into the nitty-gritty details is part of the adventure....
