Subject:      resealing heads... what else should i do? rings?

i need to reseal a set of heads... what else should i do while in there? I will be doing the engine seals, all seals i can easily get to, water pump... Should I replace the rings? they are only 30$ and when else will the engine be this far apart to do somehting like this?? this is on a 2.1 wbx.
