I have decided to sell my van since I don't seem to use it much any more. In fact it is parked in my friends garage without a license on it. My plan is to convert it back to the diesel that it once was, but I don't know when I will ever get to it.

Here's the specifics...

I live in Calgary, AB and bought the van when I lived in Seattle. It used to be a 1.6L diesel, but it is now converted to a 1.8L Rabbit GTI (gasoline). It was converted by the person who owned it before me.

I had the carb rebuilt last year, but it still isn't working perfect yet. The van has been well taken care of and comes with plenty of new parts/accessories. It has a rebuilt transmission (5-speed) and a new clutch. Brand new battery, new starter (hi-torque diesel), new pads (front and rear) and rotors, extra rims with winter tires, Yakima crossbars, Panasonic MP3 player. It also has the diesel aux heater, but it isnt hooked up and I assume it doesnt work very good. I also put the full width fold out bed and the wall mouldings with the fold out table.

The body is in good condition (two tone brown/tan) as it spent most of its life on the west coast. The windshield is also brand new. There are probably other things i have forgotten, but thats most of it. Oh, and I forgot to mention that it passed the Saskatchewan and Alberta safety inspections when I moved back to Canada.

If anyone is interested in it, let me know. I am not desperate to get rid of it, so if no one wants it, then it will probably become my bio-diesel project. But if someone has a good home for it...then it's up for sale.
