Frank Condelli had posted a link to his site where there was one listed
in Canada for sale. That's the closest I've seen one to the US. If
there were enough interested parties I think you could bring some tops
in a container to the US. I spoke with Karl M. a little about it but
nether of us was burning to do it. I Agree it's a nice compromise. I'm
not sure how the interior was setup but the ones I've seen have been
made by a company SCA
