I don't know what Quebec want's to see, but Maine doesn't "Title" vehicles that are 15 years old or older. When I bought my '85 Westy it had a Virginia title. I had the seller sign over the title AND give me a bill of sale. The state of Maine didn't even want to see the Virginia title ... just the bill of sale in order for me to register the van. Every state has its own laws concerning vehicle titles and you'd likely get better information if you included which state issued the one you're looking at. Mike Houlton, Maine
