Technically, the Cross-over Pipe is not obsoleted, just not available at any Depots or Dealers (ran a check) according to my VOA contact. It's just that they're VERY slow in coming from Europe. My contact also noted that it is not slated to be discontinued anytime soon, at least according to his list in front of him (but ya never know).

At VWG, we are in the prototyping stage of reproing this item, probably to be available sometime during 2006, possibly late summer.

And yes Ken, before you ask, we are still testing materials to make the air intake elbows as well in 2006. -- Jim Thompson 84 Westfalia 2.1 "Ole Putt" 73 K Ghia Coupe "Denise" 72 411 Station Wagon "Pug" oldvolkshome@gmail.com http://www.oldvolkshome.com ********************************** On 11/30/05, Kenneth Wilford <kenwilfy@comcast.net> wrote: > > Parts for the newer Vanagons are started to become discontinued.
