Loren, I recently purchased the Leadtek WinFast TV USB II Deluxe From www.zipzoomfly.com Their price is $104.99 You have to run USB 2.0 and with windows SP4 update for windows 2000 or just use XP. It works well and I like the software that it comes with. You can google search USB tuner cards, but I can say I have used this one with great results. Here's the link
