Raj..When the trans is out...the TBD (torque biasing diff) is $1195 plus about $300 give or take for install...Don't have to totally disassemble to put in the diff carrier...does take sme time to set it up correctly though...So $1500 is pretty close...I have been a fan since I had one in a Jetta. I live up a long hill and back then it was gravel and the TBD made all the difference in the world for traction.
