Thanks for your response, Chris. I would never want to hear of an
accident like that happen to any Vanagon folks or anybody else, for
that matter. I have heard of incidents where that has happened, but not
given it much thought with regards to gas being stored on the
fiberglass roof rack (not grounded) of a vanagon. So, does anyone know
of a way to safely ground a plastic tank besides actually putting it on
the ground? Would a ground wire attached to the body and the plastic
gas tank do the trick?
