Before buying the eBay Bilsteins, it would probably be a good idea to check
which model of Bilstein shocks he's selling.  If the part numbers are
B46-0820 (front), and B46-0830 (rear), then $209 + $29 is a great deal.

there is another cheap great option: there is a guy on ebay selling
bilsteins for vanagons for 209$ a set with buy-it-now, plus 29 shipping
(ouch). i have bilsteins in my van in the front and its absolutely great
(KYB in the back as i was out of money). however i can only compare to the
stock ones i took out at 128000miles.


here is the link to the ebay auction, if they are gone they will reappear,
it seems, or just mail the guy.
