At a reputable tire shop like maybe where you bought them. It takes a stud gun to do it properly and efficiently.

Maybe. Depends how worn they are and how full of crud the holes are. The tire shop may not even look at them for the latter reason. > And will > the tires wear less quickly with studs?

Yes, if you are driving on paved roads. they will have less contact with the road

More important, the will be like slicks on ice when driving on dry pavement. If the roads you drive on are ice and snow covered go for it.
