All this talk on gasonline makes me glad my fuel is only combustable, not flammable.

though excuse my cynicism. but all this talk of people willingly putting gasoline on the fiberglass roof of thier campers. after i suggested that my winter project was to add a VW fox gas tank in lieu of the clamshell (with a new tank shaped skidplate clamshell to protect it)

I say good luck, my luggage rack is for luggage.. besides i'd rather have a truck 2tank valve&switch with my gauge reading both senders..

then again I'm running Diesel or Bio,

Yes, the data I looked at suggested that though gas tank fires are rare they often occur when someone gets into thier car mid fill (like this lady did - the nozel is already in the tank), charges themselves up staticly on the seats, and then discharges when they touch the nozel.
