Van-Cafe is also sold out (I got one pair of the last two they had in
stock). I found one more place online that lists them:

I've never dealt with these guys, I just found them on Google. They
had a bunch of other cool Projektzwo stuff as well (including wheel
arches which I'll post to another thread).
