The instructions are very vague that come with the Koni adjustable front shocks. When you push the shock in to adjust it, is it clockwise to tighten looking at the bottom of the shock while turning or the top? Also if I would like a firm ride like a monotube gas shock how many turns would be a good starting point? I accidentally got Bilstein touring shocks meaning to get HD's, and it is way to squishy for me. Comfortable, but I was very frightened at how loose it was the first time I had to make a quick reaction. I have a stock springs 87 Wolfsburg (I think they are slightly lower than the standard GL) with the 1 inch upgraded front sway bar. Thanks for any recommendations, Kurt |
