The 025-129-967A (1.9) and 025-129-627L (2.1 2wd) Elbow is still available *for the moment*, plenty of stock at all the VOA Depots in North America. The 025-129-627H (2.1 Syncro) Elbow is technically available, but there are none in North America, on German backorder. None of these elbows are slated for the obsolete pile, at least according to my contact at VOA.

The 251-201-147B Cross-Over Pipe is not slated for the obsolete pile either, but my local dealer (Ventura, CA) has had 5 on backorder from Germany since May 2005 and have no idea when they'll show up. My contact couldn't say what the hold-up was.

Regardless of the above, VWG is working on reproing these items, hopefully for them to be available in late 2006.

And yes, the 071-129-967 Elbow for the Air Cooled Vanagons will be repro'd as well. These haven't been available, as VW discontinued these several years back. -- Jim Thompson 84 Westfalia 2.1 "Ole Putt" 73 K Ghia Coupe "Denise" 72 411 Station Wagon "Pug" oldvolkshome@gmail.com http://www.oldvolkshome.com ********************************** On 12/8/05, Michael Edwards <medwards1@triad.rr.com> wrote: > > I checked with my local VW dealer parts counter.
