I checked with my local VW dealer parts counter. They told me this part is available and ordered one for me. It has not come in yet, so we'll see for sure, but might be worth a call to the local dealer. If not I'm sure something could easily be substituted for the actual pipe, but it's the plastic nipples that would be the problem. One option might be http://emachineshop.com/. Perhaps they could fabricate one from an old one. Not sure of set up cost etc., but might be doable if several people go in. As far as the intake elbow boot... I gathered from the thread that 025129967A IS still available for the 1.9 but what was the verdict on the 025129627L for the 2.1? I couldn't tell if this one is still available or not. Any insight? Thanks, Mike ------------ Date: Wed, 7 Dec 2005 20:37:58 -0800 From: Loren Busch <starwagen@GMAIL.COM> Subject: Fuel Tank Cross Over Piece VW part # 251 201 147B, gas tank overflow cross over, apparently is NLA. And the online vendors seem to be out (confirmed with Bus Depot and Van-Cafe, not listed with others). Anyone have one floating areound or a used one in good shape?
