Just try ANYTHING for spills from diesel engines... I recenty (as in last Thursday) had a spill from the head-cracked turbodiesel Estima (=Previa) engine I was removing... on my cousin-in-law's driveway. Lots of carbon particles in the concrete... there's NO way to get this out. I tried my waterblaster...

Oil is derived from plants, not animals. Ignore the disinformation derived from certain old oil companies' ignorant ad campains...

Those were steam-turbine ships. most ships these days are diesels.
